I’ve lived in Willow Glen Creek since 2012 — long enough to see how much potential this community has, and how much of it has been wasted by a Board stuck in the past.
When I previously served on the Board, including time as President, I pushed for transparency, fairness, and real homeowner engagement. What we have now is the opposite: a leadership group that has become stagnant, hides behind excuses, makes decisions in a vacuum, and calls it “management.”
They want you to believe the only way to “be in the know” is to join the Board.
That’s nonsense.
You’re already doing your part the moment you pay your dues. You shouldn’t have to sit through endless meetings or decode vague minutes just to understand what’s happening in your own neighborhood.
The problem isn’t just that homeowners don’t care. It’s also because this Board stopped listening.
They’ve treated Willow Glen Creek like a personal project instead of the community it is.
They act like this is their second shot at running a small government — except it’s your money they’re experimenting with.
I’m running because I believe homeowners deserve better:
If you’ve supported me before, thank you. I’m asking for your vote again — not because I want a title, but because we need a reset.
If we haven’t met yet, I’d love the chance to earn your trust.
And to the newer homeowners who’ve stepped up, spoken out, or simply refused to look the other way — thank you. You’re the proof that change here is possible.
This election isn’t about titles or personalities. It’s about finally getting leadership that reflects who we are — and who we can be — when the Board starts working for us, not around us.

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room: our pools and hot tubs.
They’re expensive to maintain, constantly breaking down, and used by less than 1% of residents. Meanwhile, we all keep paying for them.
It’s time to permanently close both pools and hot tubs and redirect that money toward something every homeowner can benefit from — like replacing our ineffective management company with one that’s modern, responsive, and accountable.

Right now, the Board plays judge, jury, and enforcer. That’s not how fairness works.
We need a transparent, documented, and trustworthy enforcement of the rules. I’ll push to engage a neutral third-party vendor to handle rule enforcement so every homeowner — whether you’re new here or have lived here for decades — is treated equally.

Transparency starts with process.
We’ll create and publish a Uniform Complaint Policy and Procedure that outlines exactly how homeowner concerns are received, tracked, and resolved — no more emails into the void, no more silence from the Board.

We deserve a community that’s managed like it’s 2025, not 1995.
That means:
Because at the end of the day we deserve better.

Any alleged violation of the CC&Rs or Rules would have to pass the following test before I would agree that a Courtesy Notice or other notification of violation should be sent to an Owner:
Does the alleged violation:
If the answer to all of these questions is no, then I do not believe enforcement action is warranted.
